I am a Certified RYT-500 Yoga Teacher.
In 2008, I was introduced to Yoga when I was working in Vietnam. Like many others, I was having many doubts – Can Yoga really bring health, peace, happiness, love, trust & self-confidence? However, as I continued my practice, the pain in my lower back, knee & ankles were greatly improved. I used to have very bad sinus, and it was under control. Besides physical benefits, I also begin to experience the uniting of the breath, body and mind. In 2013, I decided to take up the 200 hours teachers training program in India (Rishikesh Yog Peeth) to deepen my practice. And earlier this year I completed another 300 hours of teachers training program in Singapore (Tirisula Yoga)
Now that I have benefited so much from Yoga, I would like to share my experience about Yoga with everyone. I belief Yoga has something for everyone both on the mat and off the mat. I would like to share with everyone how Yoga is happening in every single moment of our life.
